REFUND POLICY. If you have not had the opportunity to discuss your case yet with one of our attorneys, you may still book your consult with us. Within the first five minutes of the consult, the attorney will be able to ascertain whether the law firm can help or not. If the lawyer believes that a consultation will not provide a benefit to the client, the lawyer will inform the client within the first five minutes, and the client will have the option to immediately terminate the consultation and receive a full refund of the consult fee.
Our law practice is national and we serve clients throughout the U.S. and the world. These days, most of our meetings with clients and prospective clients are conducted online, via Skype, Zoho Meeting, WhatsApp, Facetime, or Google Meet.
We are currently offering in-person meetings in Cleveland and Columbus.

Charmaine C. Rozario, Esq.
Charmaine Rozario is an employment immigration lawyer in Cleveland, Ohio who practiced law in the High Court of Bombay prior to immigrating to the United States. Charmaine has led Herman Legal Group’s Business Immigration Department since 2002, representing some of the Midwest’s fastest growing and dynamic employers. Prior to joining our firm, Charmaine served as immigration counsel to one of the top 20 software companies in the U.S.Charmaine is truly a citizen of the world having resided in countries such as India, Egypt, Italy and Bangladesh during which time she formed important personal and business relationships.
Jathniel Shao
Jathniel Shao is a lawyer in New York, Chicago, Cleveland, and Manila. Originally from Binondo, the world’s oldest Chinatown, Jath grew up bouncing between Asia and America and speaks Hokkien, Mandarin, and Tagalog fluently. He practices the full spectrum of immigration law, from the humanitarian asylum, refugee, or special immigration petitions to all types of family-based and employment immigration and removal defense. He is a member of the bars of New York, Ohio, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Luis Villarroel
Luis C. Villarroel is lawyer in Columbus, Ohio at Herman Legal Group’s office conveniently located at East Dublin-Granville Road. An immigrant from Venezuela, Luis has lived in Columbus for over 22 years. He serves as Of-Counsel to Herman Legal Group. Luis attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree and obtained his law degree from Capital University Law School. His areas of practice include immigration, family and criminal law. Luis is fluent in Spanish and has worked closely with the Hispanic Community for over 10 years.
Vania T. Stefanova
Vania Stefanova is the head of the Immigration Litigation Division at Herman Legal Group, providing services in removal/deportation defense and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals. An immigrant from Bulgaria, Vania has over 20 years of experience in immigration law. Throughout her successful career, she has handled matters in all areas of immigration law. From family-based immigration such as relative and fiancé petitions – to business/employment and investment immigration (e.g. E, L, R visas, EB1/2 immigrant petitions) – to naturalization, Vania works tirelessly to give our clients the best advice and outcomes possible.
